I am interested in all aspects of the teaching and learning of physics. My current work is focused on physics teachers/faculty beliefs about teaching and learning and how these beliefs affect the adoption and use of research-based instructional strategies. I am interested in using this information to help improve the effectiveness of professional development programs for physics teachers.
